
We are looking for short films that explore queer-feminist perspectives on struggle, strike and action, and critically engage with questions of gender equality, care work, patriarchy, discrimination, violence, and oppression.
For Feminist Strike Day 2026, we are curating a short film programme that will be screened on the evening of 8 March 2026 in Cologne, Germany (location & time TBA).

All forms are welcome: animation, film essay, documentary or hybrid works.
For submission, we require a screener (preferably with English subtitles), film data, short description of the film (max. 5 sentences) and 1-3 film stills.
If we select your film, we will be able to pay 100 EUR for the film license. If we do not select your films, we will be happy to include your contribution in our research database for future programmes.
